Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our daily shipping cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lashed By Jalon is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lashed By Jalon carefully packages every order before shipment. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery and handling of the package are the responsibility of the carrier. Lashed By Jalon is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked as delivered, or damaged while in transit.

Customers who purchase Route Package Protection should file their claim directly through Route for the fastest resolution, subject to Route's terms and eligibility requirements.

Customers who decline Route Package Protection should contact the shipping carrier directly to report any lost, stolen, or damaged package and initiate any available carrier claim. Claims involving uninsured shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the shipping carrier's policies.

Lashed By Jalon cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered, lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

We may assist with filing a carrier claim or, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or other resolution after reviewing the circumstances.

International Orders

Lashed By Jalon proudly ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country's customs agency. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs regulations vary by country, and Lashed By Jalon has no control over these charges or any customs processing delays.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional costs incurred to return or reship the package are the responsibility of the customer.

High-Value Orders

Lashed By Jalon reserves the right to require an adult signature upon delivery and/or purchase shipping insurance for high-value orders at our discretion. Orders requiring a signature are considered fulfilled once signed for at the delivery address.

Right to Refuse Claims

Lashed By Jalon reserves the right to investigate all claims involving missing, incorrect, damaged, or lost merchandise. We may request photographs, shipping information, or additional documentation before approving any replacement, refund, or store credit.

Lashed By Jalon reserves the right to deny any claim that cannot be verified, does not comply with this policy, or is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the information provided.
